Returning the car at the end of agreement period
If your car is owned by LeasePlan (you can check the owner information from the registration document), it is returned to a place given by LeasePlan.
You can find return places and driving directions at www.leaseplan.fi /driver_service.
The car is checked thoroughly in connection with the return. To carry out the check properly, it is good to wash and clean the car. Maintenances, repairs and inspection must have been carried out. When returning the car, remember to have all car keys with you, together with accessories delivered during the agreement period, such as other tyres, engine heater cable, roof rack etc.
If you personally cannot return your car to LeasePlan´sreturn place, you have to make a written notice by e-mail to address asiakaspalvelu@leaseplan.fi.
The notification should have the following information:
- The register numer of the car
- Date and time of the pick up when the car is ready to pick up
- The address of pick up place
- The name and telephone number of contact person at the pick up place
As driver, you are responsible of return of the car. The contract will end only after LeasePlan has received the car.
If the car is not owned by LeasePlan, you get return directions from your own company.
