Please read the car owners´s manual, follow its istructions and have the scheduled maintenance done by an authorised make-specific repair workshop chosen by LeasePlan in accordance with the service booklet.
Technical problems and damage repairs
If a technical problem occurs in your car or it is damaged, immediately book a repair time withan authorised make-specific repair workshop chosen by LeasePlan. LeasePlan pays all invoices. All you have to do is to have the detected faults repaired during the agreement period.

Instructions for repair workshops
When you take your car to maintenance, repairs or tyre shop, remember to mention that it is a LeasePlan car.
The repair workshop must ask for an advance approval from LeasePlan:
• to all repairs
• to maintenance works exceeding 600 euros
• for replacement tyres
Advance approvals are asked from LeasePlan’s technical service, tel. 0207 420 888. The given approval number must be in the invoice, which is sent to LeasePlan Finland Oy, PL 220, 02601 Espoo
